My Very First Post

Busy at the moment watching create and craft. Am so excited about the crafters companion new Humphreys corner cd and stamps from what i have seen they are a must have.

I had a problem with the freindly plastic kit "little book of secrets". The instrution sheet to make the pages was missing. I knew if i contacted C&C they would just say send it back so i contacted liz direct.
She was so helpful and sorted my problem.
 A+ for not only top class products but great customer service.

I have had an experiance were i was sent totaly the wrong product a lot cheaper than the one i ordered not only did i have to pay to return it but the atitude was as if they didnt care if they had my custom or not. The guy just stuck a refund cheque in an elnvelope with not even a note as they did not have the product. Needless to say i will not be buying from them again.
I know They are the guys that sell the cheapest spellbinder dies but i would rather pay more and  know i will get a good service.
